The discussion will vary depending upon the audience, but will explore issues such as: common maintenance and restoration challenges, the difference between maintenance and restoration and how to determine when restoration is necessary, how stone maintenance/restoration differs from tile maintenance/restoration, and the business side of maintenance and restoration, such as differentiating yourself from the competition.
