In this entertaining and informative session you will learn about the difficulties and opportunities that selling to different generations present. There are significant differences between buyers who are Seniors, Boomers, Gen X and Millennials. This is the first time in history that we have significant customer numbers in four different generations. It makes for some very interesting sales sessions when a Millennial tries to sell to a Boomer or vice versa. Each generation has specific beliefs and shopping habits. This interactive session will expose you to the most common of these habits and teach you how to make that knowledge work for you when cross generational selling situations arise.
