You?re successfully using social media and interacting with people, but are not sure if the resources spent justify the results. Attend this workshop to learn how to evaluate your progress and improve your performance. We?ll even explore analytics and how content affects engagement and results. During this interactive workshop, you?ll have the opportunity to share your successes and challenges, ask questions, and practice online with social media networks such as Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and others.
This workshop was designed for participants who have active business profiles on social media. Be sure to bring your laptop or other digital device to practice your new skills or interact socially with other participants. We will provide free WiFi access! To allow for a highly interactive environment, attendance is limited to 30, so register early.

1. Apply best practices for ensuring the effectiveness of social networks
2. Determine what content works best for engagement
3. Identify the tools needed to be successful
