A panel of roofing contractors sharing ideas, successes and challenges of finding and retaining a strong workforce. The panel will discuss important questions surrounding immigration, millennials, diversity and the overall strategies and obstacles to recruiting and retaining labor. Questions will include how these companies are dealing with changing immigration policies, how they work with local labor sources, recruiting the next generation for rooftop jobs and looking at new areas of labor savings techniques. Panelists are from companies of all sizes and types including commercial and residential, from across the country. This session is presented at all levels - beginner, intermediate and advanced.
