Mock Depositions – Preparing for an OSHA Formal Hearing

This mock deposition will consist of attorneys questioning a roofing company safety manager and superintendent in a deposition format in preparation for an OSHA formal hearing. The superintendent and safety manager will be individually questioned by attorney Phillips and attorney Seigel, who will be playing the role of OSHA's legal counsel. The purpose of the mock deposition is to educate owners, project managers, superintendents, foremen and safety directors on the deposition process and to emphasize the importance of documentation and employee accountability. Upon completion of the mock deposition, Hettrick, Cyr & Associates, Inc. will facilitate an open discussion regarding the credibility of the company's representatives and the overall impression of the company's safety culture.
