Dane Bradford is a Past President of the National Roofing Contractors Association and President of Bradford Roof Management; a commercial and industrial roof contracting and roof consulting firm. After he received a Business Management degree from Montana State University in 1981, Dane joined the family business started in 1942 by his grandfather. Dane's involvement with the industry began in 1985 when he became an instructor for NRCA education conferences. He has always had an interest in the technical side of the business, which led to his serving on the Manual Update Committee from 1993-1996 during the writing of the 4th edition of the NRCA Roofing and Waterproofing Manual. In addition to assignments on numerous NRCA committees, Dane has served two terms as the Chairman of the Technical Operations Committee.
Aaron Martin, President, DRI Commercial Corporation, a large California based commercial roofing and waterproofing contracting firm. Aaron has worked in the roofing industry for the past 20 years and is a LEED APTM in Building Design and Construction. He served on the National Roofing Contractors Association's Board of Directors 2009-2011. He remains active on committees for NRCA, CEIR and the Alliance, in addition to being a founding member and current president of Roof Integrated Solar Energy (RISE). He is a graduate of the Future Executive Institute's three-year advanced educational program offered through the NRCA and the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Kyle Thomas, VP of Operations, Co-Owner, Thomas Roofing is responsible for all aspects of the roofing division, including sales and estimating, and project management. Kyle graduated from the University of Alabama with a BS in Business. After attending and graduating from the first class of NRCA's Future Executive Institute, he began to get active in the NRCA. He is currently serving a second term on the Board of Directors and has been on the Manual Update Committee since 2005, including one term as the committee Chairman. Kyle has also served on numerous other committees and is currently on the Technical Operations Committee.
