Pain is one of our body’s ways of communicating warning and damage due to injury. Often times the origin of pain is difficult to determine. Diagnostic studies may not be helpful, and various treatments may be only marginally successful. With the advent of “fascia sparing dissection” our understanding of anatomy and pain is rapidly changing. Just as it is possible to feel the smallest dent in the side of a new car, it is also possible to feel the site of old injury by touching and feeling the texture of injured tissue. This experiential workshop will help you learn how to feel the texture of injured tissue that causes headache, shoulder pain, elbow pain, lower back pain, and foot pain. After feeling and determining the sites of tissue injury, get excited to learn hands-on techniques that can relieve the pain.
