Program development and student involvement can be a challenge as students are only at the community college for two years or four semesters. By establishing pathways and programs that will bridge the high school students to the community college sooner, the chances of student engagement is much better. This year we offered a summer camp for students between the ages of 14 and 17. The faculty involved with setting up the camp had experience with entrepreneur camps through the Future Business Leaders Association but for the most part the summer camp was developed from the ground up. This presentation will discuss the steps taken to set-up the camp, operate the camp, and finally, to evaluate the camp.
