This program seeks to assist Collaborative Practice Groups to integrate into interdisciplinary communities. Teamwork and integrating the mental health professional will be a main focus, although all the three disciplines will be discussed in full teams. Practical strategies will be shared. Many communities desire to be fully integrated but struggle, despite a deep commitment to teamwork. Participants will be encouraged to bring their questions.
