IACP Access to Collaboration Task Force

Collaborative Practice groups around the world have developed a variety of Access to Collaboration programs to provide Collaborative services to low income or modest means clients. This workshop will provide an overview of Access to Collaboration programs as well as the nuts and bolts of several successful programs.
