Families come in a myriad of shapes and sizes, particularly in the LG BTQ community. The law is changing in many parts of the world, however legal practice is often inadequate or conflicting with varying degrees of acceptance and guidance. Collaborative Practice gives these families a forum to discuss openly their hopes and fears and facilitate agreement without fear or discrimination.
