This presentation will move from the theory of Collaborative interdisciplinary teams to the presenter's experience of the reality of working in teams on the ground, at the table and when we move away from the table. Using case examples, we will explore the challenges that come into play when team members become positional, when neutrality is challenged and when our own views of fairness differ from each other and from our clients.
