Andrew will translate the legalese of the regulation into words shop owners/managers can understand.  Receive an explanation of the NESHAP (6H) rule and how it impacts your business.  Understand what is required of your business and when to comply with the law and the possible penalties for non-compliance.  There are many misconceptions in the collision industry regarding the regulation and Andrew will cover those as well.  Best of all, he will show you a way to use the rule to make more money.

Andrew Rodenhouse Attorney at Law Grand Rapids MI United States Andrew graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Hope College in 1995 where he majored in Geology and Business. He earned his Masters of Management Degree from Aquinas College in 2001. He then went on to earn his Juris Doctorate from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2009 where he graduated Cum Laude. Andrew has been in solo practice since 2009. Previously, Andrew spent ten years as Executive Vice President of Rodenhouse Body Shop, located in Grand Rapids, Michigan. He also was co-owner of J&K Towing, a top towing and recovery firm. Andrew's collision repair background and legal training gives him a unique perspective on the collision repair industry.
