If you are considering starting your own practice, this is the course to attend! The day starts with an overview on how to Jumpstart Your Practice, where you will learn the basics of setting up a dental facility, create a public and branding image, learn how to establish your practice culture, style and structure, identify practice services, and how to attract your preferred patient demographic. After the overview, the course will have several breakout sessions covering various topics. These topics include: the benefits of financing, identifying the equipment you will need, office technology, marketing, legal issues, office design, scheduling, and developing an accurate project budget. The day will conclude with a Q & A panel session to discuss the topics presented throughout the day.
