Growing Your Practice in the Internet Age
Alex Nudel
Effective patient acquisition and retention strategies are key drivers in the success of any dental practice. Today practices need to rethink and reinvent their approach as postcards, coupon packs, and direct mail offer little return on investment. In 2014 mobile is predicted to overtake desktop Internet usage. Other reports show that 4 out of 5 consumers are using their mobile device to shop. How prepared is your practice for this shift? The web has given even the smallest practices the tools and resources to cost effectively connect and engage with patients on a whole new level. But as with any shift, getting started can be overwhelming. This course will make it easier. Attendance is limited to 100.

Participants will be able to:
- Learn why tools like email, text, and the web are no longer optional for practices who are serious about growth.
