This course is intended to familiarize and re-orient participants to the vast array of autoimmune disorders that affect the oral cavity including common entities such as aphthous ulcers, lichen planus and pemphigold, etc. and unusual oral manifestations of immune diseases such as lupus, pemphigus, drug ulcers, sarcoidosis, angioedema, etc.

Dr. Bhattacharyya has a dental degree from University of Nebraska College of Dentistry and is the Associate Professor and Director of the Residency Program in Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology at the University of Florida College of Dentistry.
