Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi is a new, high-rise hospital that has opened with a multi-national staff. Learn how the challenges of a totally new staff from many different countries were overcome in the preparation of emergency plans for the facility. Part of the planning process involved developing department-specific emergency plans that also needed to address the flexibility the building offered to revise departmental boundaries with no physical construction.
