Water supply analysis is critical to any fire protection sprinkler system. The best designed building sprinkler systems can quickly become ineffective in fire control without a reliable water supply. And, this is one area often overlooked or, where errors occur- even when system testing appears to meet NFPA 25 requirements. This is becoming exponentially more critical too where systems are connected to city supplies with reduced pressure for water conservation. This session will reference multiple NFPA documents (including NFPA 13, 20, and 25) in a discussion of effective water supply analysis and the importance to prevent major property losses.
