:
The purpose of commissioning is to determine the interoperability of fire protection systems. Nothing illustrates this better than the commissioning of smoke control systems, which require correct operation of HVAC, electrical, fire alarm, building automation, and sprinkler systems. In order to have a properly operating system, it is first necessary for each subsystem to be individually commissioned and then the system tested as a whole. Testing involves confirmation of system operation as well as measurement of airflows, pressures, and other operating parameters. Learn more about these important tests during this session.
