, Esq., is co-chairman of Robinson & Cole LLP's Fire & Explosion Group, and a principal member of the NFPA 921 technical committee. He chaired the Task Group that wrote the committee's proposal for the new Cause Determination chapter that will appear in the next edition of 921. He has served on IFSTA validation committees for Introduction to Fire Origin and Cause, 3rd. ed. and Fire Investigator 2nd ed. A former local and state prosecutor, he is admitted to practice law in New York and Connecticut.
