The World Health Organization has predicted that in the 21st century dentists will assume the role of "Oral Physicians." This course will examine oral soft--tissue pathology to include candidiasis, allergies, aphthous ulcerations, and lichen planus. Extraoral and intraoral manifestations, associated syndromes, and management strategies will be reviewed. The format of this course is case-based and will encourage attendee participation.
