This course will provide training in implementing efficient processes and tools to allow for accurate and timely payment to providers and office staff. Information will be given in the following critical areas of the MassHealth Dental Program: regulation changes; prior authorization process; claim submission process; navigating the Provider Web Portal (PWP); and payment reconciliation.
