This course focuses on a compelling vision for the very important role of oral health care practitioners in screening for diabetes, prediabetes, obesity, and metabolic syndrome with practical case-based learning. It concludes by offering recommendations for building collaborative relationships with non-dental health care providers specific to diabetes management.
