This seminar will teach participants approaches to assuring ethical professional practice. It will discuss the nature of codes of ethics and the reasons for their existence, and will examine how practitioners can use the NASW Code of Ethics as a practice tool to assure ethical practice. It will also discuss how careful and critical evaluation of practice approaches is a key component of ethical practice. There will be numerous case studies used for illustration.
