He will learn what is the mother lode that a person taps into from which he knows to speak the body of sentences that he utters in a conversation or debate. If the mother lode is about a problem, he will have the process diagnosis, pδ of the problem versus the Dx of it. The Dx is the label for the problem. In Psychiatry all Dx is superficial and therefore treatment of mental health problems has always been by pills, pills, pills, pills, and more pills. With the pδ the clinician will know what he is actually dealing with, i.e. the actual diagnosis in Deep Structure.
